The Stadhouders will be realized along the President Kennedylaan at the junction to Duinoord and the Statenkwartier. The existing office buildings and the petrol station will make way for new developments around an inner garden to be constructed by the municipality on Verhulstplein.

The Stadhouders is an ensemble of 3 buildings: Frederik Hendrik on the corner of the President Kennedylaan and the Stadhoudersplantsoen will have 15 floors, the adjacent Maurits (luxury rental apartments), located on the 2nd Sweelinkstraat and Casimir on the President Kennedylaan will be lower with 6 and 8 floors respectively.

Frederik Hendrik and Maurits will immediately start construction, construction will start in May 2018 at the latest. In the basement under both buildings are the private parking spaces and each apartment has its own storage room.
