Second floor
The spacious landing houses the central heating boiler and there is a cupboard space in the eaves. A door leads to the additional (fourth) bedroom with large dormer window overlooking the backyard.

Garden
This home has a well kept and manicured front and side garden, spacious driveway with carport and a rear left hand portion of the home. The very well kept and maintained very deep backyard has a patio, pond, garden shed, garden shed with greenhouse and there is a chicken run with chicken coop in the back of the yard.
